Public Speaking Tip: Be Careful to be Inclusive When Mentioning Holidays
I had a piece of valuable feedback when speaking in Sinapore.
I was talking about email promotions and how you could tie them to holidays and then I went on to mention all Christian holidays when the bulk of the audience was Muslim.... No body seemed to care too much, but it was a mistake that could have been avoided.

Bathrooms
How about the ultimate bathroom when traveling?
Here's what I'd like:

- Mirrors that don't steam up
- Separate temperature control
- Instant hot water
- Understandable and readable shower controls
- Magnifying mirror
- Decent shampoo
- Really good lighting
- Heat Lamp
- Rubber non slip bath mat available or non skid tub bottom
Is this too much to ask? I'd love to have responses from any hotel people.
